DevOps Engineer

Job Description :
● Infrastructure Automation:
○ Design and implement automation tools and scripts for infrastructure
provisioning, configuration management, and resource orchestration.
○ Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) templates using tools like
Terraform or Ansible.
○ Configure and manage continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD)
pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
● Deployment and Release Management:
○ Implement automated deployment and rollback procedures for applications and
infrastructure changes.
○ Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) and containerization technologies (e.g.,
Docker) to streamline deployments.
○ Monitor deployments and releases, analyzing logs and data to identify and
resolve issues.
● Operations and Monitoring:
○ Configure and manage monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to track
system health and performance.
○ Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, collaborating with developers and
other teams.
○ Continuously improve operations processes and tools to enhance efficiency and
reliability.
● Collaboration and Communication:
○ Work closely with developers, security teams, and other stakeholders to
understand requirements and deliver solutions.
○ Effectively communicate technical concepts and progress to both technical and
non-technical audiences.
○ Contribute to and champion DevOps best practices within the organization.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
(preferred).
● 1 – 4 years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
● Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and scripting languages (e.g., Bash,
Python).
● Experience with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
● Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
● Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
● Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
● Experience with security and compliance best practices.
● Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
● Experience with scripting languages like Ruby, Go, or Java.

Work Location : Bangalore

CTC : 3.0 to 6.0 LPA (based on the skill set & experience)
