Job Description:
As a Field Service Engineer, your primary responsibilities will involve the installation and commissioning of various machinery, with a specific focus on printing equipment. You will be tasked with ensuring that all installations are carried out efficiently and effectively to meet client requirements.
In addition to installation, you will be responsible for the ongoing service and maintenance of the printing machines. This will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring that the equipment operates at optimal levels.
Documentation and report-making will also be a crucial aspect of your role. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of installation and servicing activities, as well as prepare detailed reports for internal and client use.
A comprehensive understanding of digital printing and screen printing machines for textile applications will be necessary. You will need to stay updated on the latest advancements in printing technology and apply this knowledge to your work.
Furthermore, proficiency in entering data into software or ERP systems will be required to track installations, service requests, and inventory.
